Biff Bar Reviews Wholesale Pricing in Austria: Wholesale FAQ
Minimums, tiers and payment terms
Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to Austria.
Retail feedback from Austria repeats one pattern: customers come back for the same flavor when batch quality is stable. That repeat behavior is worth more than a one-cent saving on the first order.
What Austria buyers check before ordering biff bar reviews
Under-planning lead times around Chinese holidays and peak shipping season turns predictable restocks into emergencies. Building a two-week buffer and using split shipments keeps biff bar reviews shelves full year-round.
Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including CE — before goods leave.
When destination rules in Austria change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.
Packaging standards for export cartons
Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.
Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Austria trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Frequently asked questions
What payment terms do you accept?
New orders generally run on bank transfer with a deposit to confirm production and the balance before shipment. Established accounts with order history can discuss milestone-based terms for container programs.
Are samples available before a bulk order?
Sample sets are available for trade buyers evaluating a first order. The sample policy depends on the line and destination; ask the desk for current terms and we will deduct sample cost from the first bulk order where applicable.
How do you handle defective units?
Confirmed defects are replaced on the next order against photo or video evidence. Pre-shipment AQL inspection keeps defect rates low, and claims are processed against batch records rather than estimates.
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 20,000-puff devices with 600mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 12ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
How long does production and shipping take?
Ready-stock orders ship within days; custom or production orders take 3 to 5 working days depending on quantity and season. Sea freight to most major markets follows on top of that, with air freight available for urgent launches.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most biff bar reviews lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
How do I get a current price list?
Message +86 13711127975 on WhatsApp or WeChat with your quantity and destination. The trade desk returns live unit pricing, available flavors and freight estimates, usually within a few hours on business days.
Which nicotine strengths are available?
The range typically spans 10mg mild nicotine salt, subject to destination regulation. Zero-nicotine versions are offered for markets that restrict nicotine, and strength labeling is adjusted to match local requirements.
